Southern has evolved out of the small works sector and specialises in the 'fast track' interiors market in London and the Southeast of England.
In the early days, clients often greeted us with the immortal words "I need this done yesterday".
Thirty years later, we still specialise in a fast track service, and have the expertise and experience to bring your projects in on time, and within budget.
Maximum results with minimum disruption
With the majority of smaller works carried out in occupied premises, our clients usually prefer jobs to be completed during evenings,
weekends and bank holidays; albeit small alterations, dismantle and re-erect a partitioned office, or installing brand new offices.
This allows us to work unhindered and ensures that you enjoy an undisrupted, normal working week.
Over the years we’ve gained a wealth of knowledge in handling all aspects of office interior construction and refurbishment projects,
including office partitioning, office furniture, suspended ceilings, lighting, electrics, video conferencing and floor coverings.

Our experienced project management skills ensure that all your needs are met, and your expectations exceeded. As the project progresses,
we’ll hold regular meetings to update you on the progress and work completed, and brief you on upcoming tasks including Building Inspector
liaison and other aspects of project management.
